Our townhouse was built in 2023, nestled in The Flatts @ Coldwater Creek in Swansboro, NC. This new duplex housing development is located down a quite road off of Hwy 58 close to the lovely town of Cape Carteret. This two-story unit (right-side) features 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, with over 1400sq ft of living space and includes a one car garage. The open floorplan provides plenty of mobility while in the kitchen, dining, and living room combo areas. Both large bedrooms, nook area, (themed movie\game), full laundry, and ensuite bathrooms are located upstairs.
